I’m really disappointed with my experience with this car hire/repair company. My car has been with them for about two months now, which is far longer than I was originally told. The first completion date I was given was early February. However, I later found out the parts hadn’t actually been confirmed, so the order never went through and the repair couldn’t be completed.
