My daughter picked up a rock and scratched the side of my vehicle. Thankfully, it wasn't very deep but it was right on the side of the driver's door where I saw it every time I approached my car and when I stopped by Modern to have them look at the scratch and give me an estimate to fix it, they buffed the scratch out on the spot. Big thanks to Gabriel for taking care of of me. Waited an entire month for my car to even START to get looked at, with zero communication and seemingly lies about status and progress, just for it to get totaled. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I have given modern collision five stars because they tried My vehicle has been there for over a month It's not totally their fault the Colorado had a lot of technical issues that they had a fight through due to poor manufacturing of the vehicle itself being without my vehicle was tough because being a maintenance supervisor my truck was fully loaded with everything I needed my insurance company did get me a minivan rental which helped with my job after the 30 days was up modern collision took over rental payments until my v... read more
