My 12 year old girls love these Middle School Mastery cooking classes! They particularly love Chef Virginia. She has a great way of connecting to the girls while teaching them in a fun environment. Highly recommend!
Wow! Chef Virginia and her team absolutely impressed me and my guests. Her food deserves a Michelin star. Most importantly she was a treat to work with. She truly made my husband’s birthday party super special. She even hand delivered decorations the morning of our event. If you want an incredibly high end and elegant experience, Modern Coastal Cookery is the way to go. Thank you again Chef Virginia for a beautiful night and food is incredible.

VIRGINIA MILLER IS AN AMAZING CHEF!!! (and a nice person too) My family and I have just returned from a wonderful week in the Outer Banks.
