Branch at Stilwell is supposed to open at 10. 11:09 am and no one is here. This has happened countless times. I've called the Tahlequah store and asked to speak to the owner and they said, "he's on his way to the Stilwell store". The owner is the one who treats his loyal customers this way. Wow. Take into consideration that EVEN in Stilwell, America people have lives and schedules.
