Ruined my blanket. I specifically told them the batting in the blanket was wool and to under no circumstances should it be washed ONLY DRY CLEANED! What did I get back a felted ruined blanket. They offered no compensation. The blanket had to be thrown away. The worst thing they tried to tell me the batting was faulty, when they clearly felted it by washing it instead of dry cleaning.

I had my husband's brand new pants starched and pressed here. I took the tags off as the lady entered my information into the computer. We got to a rodeo 6 hours away only to find out that now the pants had a rip across the back of them. I called them 6 days ago still haven't heard from them, called again today only to be told that the owner had my message and he might try to call me sometime. Very disappointed!!
It's clean,quiet& spacious. With change machine,laundry products vending & snack vending. I work here semi part-time
