Today for the third time, I have made an appointment at Modern Chevrolet of Burlington, taken time off work, and driven to the location only to be told that they can't do the thing I specifically made an appointment to do. The first two times, it was just a firmware update on my car. I made an appointment to specifically do a firmware update, and I arrived only to be told that the one guy who can do firmware updates was on vacation.
