My company puts on Lifest. We have always used this Modern Cash Register Systems. We get about 15 registers from them every year. We only had problems a couple of times. The problem was on our end by not requesting the correct buttons on the registers. They helped us correct the problem immediately. We are so happy to work with them.
Talked to Brian. The cash register had lost it's program. (Very old Samsung). He spent about 30 mins. walking me through reprogramming it. What an awesome job!!! He went way above my expectations. Excellent service. Thank you Brian. -Ruben at Nickles Pub, New Berlin. Wisconsin.
Absolutely horrible company. The owner does not keep track of what his employees are doing. They enter into contracts and do not fulfill their end of the bargain. When questioned about it they blame everyone else. Very unprofessional - it took over a week to get an answer about the programming of my machine, and the answer was that they haven't touched my machine yet. We Accidently erased our sams 650's ram clean of everything, we managed to get some items reprogramed, but some very important items could not be figured out, took the til to them on american drive and about an hour later was back to perfect and cleaned like new and they also printed our entire bar items on a new layout, was extremely pleased with the service and personal, we would highly recommend to anyone who needs work on their til or a new one 10 stars !!!!!!! I have worked with Modern Cash Reg for years but today they really pulled through for us. Our tape got stuck and I ran it up to Neenah and they fixed it on the spot!! I would give 100 stars if I could. Great customer service
