As others noted, the phone number is invalid, the owner indicates you should submit a request on the web site to bad reviews. Turns out that page is so out of date it does not format correctly and there is no apparent success when you submit the form. Will they call back from a broken web submission? Will they post a valid number? They do not appear to have a BBS history. You can search and find the owner (Josh Rynearson) on pubic records but both Seattle numbers are dead. Looked at the other prefabricated carports online; none were up to the quality and durability of the Modern Carports. Answered all of my questions and gave pricing right over the phone. Came out and installed it within 6 days of my phone call.

Update after 7 days. Still no call back nor picking up my calls. I called this company several times for a week and and left messages but no response. It is a good looking carport but it won't matter if customer service is just a 1 star for not replying inquiries. What happen if you have issues with your orders, you basically on your own. They maybe out of business which makes sense with the no call back from my 1 week of daily phone call.

I have tried calling them for weeks. Everytime I get placed into a voicemail system. I have left messages and filled out an online quote and sent an email. Never get a response but their website says they're open. Are they still in business? You responded to this review 3 months ago however I've still never received any info or a return call. I've tried calling your 800 number at least 5 more times on different days, all during time you say you're open. However, those calls always go to your voicemail. Sounds like you're ou... read more

Update: the owner was quick to reply and follow-up with me after my original review. Thanks for the help! I was so hoping to work with this company to install a new carport. It appears they are no longer in business. If you're a perspective customer be aware their business is no longer at the physical location listed on the website. The call answering system still receives calls that go to voicemail and the online price request form will not be responded to. What a bummer!
