I wish I could choose 6 stars. Pat was less expensive, came out when he promised and finished the job perfectly. I highly recommend Pat and Modern Carpet Cleaner and repairs for any carpet related issues.

Pat came to repair the entire upstairs carpet. The original home builder did not install it correctly. Pat was professional, personable and just a downright great person. His team showed up, on time, and did an amazing job fixing the carpet. Even while he was here, Pat fixed one of our closet doors. I felt as if I had a neighbor over helping us out.
