Dr Silvia and her PA are very sweet, addresses your concerns, and gives great recommendation regarding your personal health. Been coming here since I moved here 3-4 years ago and she was recommended by my best friend.
When I made my initial appointment I was very clear on the phone about my medications. I also had them tell me how to add Sylvia to my insurance-they don't see without insurance. It's not that important but it took me forever to get an appointment within a reasonable time. I'm on the Nuva ring I know it's up to me to send my medical records but they didn't even ask. Well to start I felt Dr.Los was not concerned with my well being she did not ask me how i was,or greet me for that matter, she was very one wayed so to speak. Now i understand that you cannot request whatever med you want, but its my body and have tried MANY different meds.Dr.silva was only willing to give me those same meds thats i had not had any success with. she was also quick to just write me a scipt rather than explore other options.
