Since being bought out by Xerox, customer service no longer appears to be high on their priority list. I've been waiting several months to get a replacement account manager since ours retired. My voicemails and emails continue to go unanswered.
They are now part of Xerox and have the worst Customer Service I've experienced. Can't get through to anyone.
Customer Service has completely went down hill and disappeared since “Covid”. No point of contacts and impossible to get a hold of for issues once you’re a customer.
These guys are trash. Find a different company
