Staff is always very helpful! Greeted as soon as I walk in the door, and they ask what they can help me find, and take me to the area (instead of other stores where they point and tell you) I have made this my go to hardware store!
Rick is over the top helpful, and listens to ideas. He then helps make those ideas reality. Modern has provide me materials for over a decade and their customer service is the reason i keep going back. Thank you Rick with helping us on our home build!
Friendly employees good selection. Wood is a lot better quality than what you would get at Menards.
