DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE!!! These guys are a bunch of scam artists and will claim damage for any blemish they can find and won't say anything until you're unloaded. I brought shingles in they claim have damage because the plastic had holes in it. All shingle bundles have holes in the plastic. They're there to release moisture. Very typical of the refund and discount hunting little country lumber stores these days unfortunately. Sad.
Friendly employees good selection. Wood is a lot better quality than what you would get at Menards.
Great service and had everything I needed.
Rick is over the top helpful, and listens to ideas. He then helps make those ideas reality. Modern has provide me materials for over a decade and their customer service is the reason i keep going back. Thank you Rick with helping us on our home build!
