5* by far. I have been doing business with Modern Building Concepts since 2010. I own a properly licensed Handyman company. CBC. It's not a everyday magnet, I got a tax stamp handyman company. We pass all our projects off to Modern that are above and beyond our employees skill set i.e. remodels, additions, new construction and decks. Shame on your employee Daniel Wojcik for screaming at a woman & her child in a car & preventing them from going to the hospital at this job. I saw the video on the internet. What kind of business screams at innocent women & children? Will never do business here.
I recommend this company to anyone looking for remodel jobs in the SWFL area. If they cannot handle it in house they can find a qualified subcontractor and get you a great deal. I have never heard of anyone complain about the workmanship or timeliness of the projects and I have referred a lot of business to Jason and Rian over the years.
NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE. The employee harassed and yelled at an Army Vet & his wife and daughter. The employee went crazy and prevented a Army vet from taking his wife and children to the hospital. I saw the video. Sad!
I won't be doing business here ever when employees yell @ children and woman. This business hires unstable people who pick fights with innocent americans. No way. Stay far away from this place.
