Ordered custom windows and when they came in the windows were without nail flanges. I was never asked at the register if I wanted nail flanges or not. When i called in they stated that it was not there fault because I signed the quote. The quote I signed never stated they wouldn't have flanges. In fact the windows in the quote never said if they were replacement or new construction or wouldn't have nail flanges.
