Extremely professional and work done on time. We own a commercial building and needed stucco / painting. Excellent work and highly recommended. Everything was clean after completion.
I worked with Bryan about a year and half ago for interior painting. He did such a great job, I wanted to use him again, this time for exterior painting. He is easy to work with and gave me a competitive quote. His men did a solid job. I like how he is responsive to my concerns and willing to accommodate my small custom requests. Modern Builders offer reliable painting work and I would use them again!
Bryan, the boss of Modern Builders, is young, energetic, hard-working and sincere. 5 stars aren’t enough, they deserve 10! Brian not only handled all of my concerns efficiently and professionally but with an exceptional attitude! His team noticed I have a disability and helpful,they watered my flowers ! And they don’t cut corners by using cheaper materials
Bryan and crew from Modern Builders did a terrific job replacing and repairing significant ceiling and wall damage for the education building of our church. He responded to our inquiry within a day, and gave us a reasonable quote very quickly. We are very pleased with their professionalism and quality work, and would recommend Modern Builders to others.
