They don't even deserve the one star! This is the worst place I have ever shopped. I went for my wedding dress and they fit me wrong with a dress two sizes too big. Then the first seamstress didn't even know how to fix the dress then the one they call the "head seamstress" altered my dress and messed it all up. The top was still two sizes too big and they shorted my dress where my feet now stuck out and blamed it on me! I went in for 4 fittings and they just continued to blame me for there mistakes. Experienced the worst customer service I have ever had. Completely disinterested and unhelpful. Did zero to make right my complaint. Owner actually said to me "if the customer was always right, I would be out of business" They will charge you extra fees for EVERYTHING. Do not recommend. Try the new bridal shop on South River Road.
DON'T DO IT – I have to say MB has a large selection of dresses which lead me to get my bridesmaid dresses there even though that
disappointed i found my perfect wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses here. Unfortunately, that's where my enthusiasm ends. They sized 2 out of 3 bridesmaids dresses wrong & then proceeded to tell one of them it's because theyve gained to much wait (which at any size is unnacceptable, but at a size two is absurd.) Then, they charged one of my bridesmaids for hemming ( no other altercations) when it said free hem. She called and asked and then reluctantly agreed she was right. Good Selection I came here for brides maid dress two years ago. They were very friendly and came on time with the delivery of the dress.
Great Store! – excellent store, very reasonably priced, great staff, service was outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone! I went to Sposa Atlier first and had a terrible experience, what a difference at modern bride. You will feel right at home!
