Experienced the worst customer service I have ever had. Completely disinterested and unhelpful. Did zero to make right my complaint. Owner actually said to me "if the customer was always right, I would be out of business" They will charge you extra fees for EVERYTHING. Do not recommend. Try the new bridal shop on South River Road.

Great Store! – excellent store, very reasonably priced, great staff, service was outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone! I went to Sposa Atlier first and had a terrible experience, what a difference at modern bride. You will feel right at home!
