I have been using Cesar for several years for a range of plumbing issues in our 80 year old house. We recently had a collapsed pipe which needed both the front yard dug up as well as part of the basement slab to fix the issue. Major job. Cesar and his whole team were professional, knowledgeable, well priced and most of all persistent in fixing the problem. Would recommend without hesitation.
