PITA return process even when they send me the wrong item. Costomer service was borderline rude and argumentative even when the product they sent me clearly doesn’t match the picture and description on their website (they did change their website rather quickly after the incident however). Shipping is extremely slow, it took exactly 4 day to ship from ordering and 8 days to arrive which is snail speed in today’s e-commerce world. I will not be using them again nor will I recommend them to others.
First time and last time online customer. Shipping speed was awful. Order on Monday am but order was not shipped out until Thursday. How does one stay competitive with that shipping time these days? Price was decent however. But I won’t order from them again due to slack ship time.
Modern Bike rules, hands down, no contest. Best online bike store around! I've ordered several parts from them already with no issues. I especially love how easy it is to filter down to the part you need if you know what you're looking for :)
Had such a great experience! I ordered a pair of shoes, and when I received and tried on, they were just a bit too small. Steve was quick to respond to my inquiry about returning for a pair slightly larger. They were shipped out quickly, and I got the too-small pair returned. Highly recommend for their customer service!
