Steve was very helpful! I placed an order that hadn't shipped after a few weeks. I called in, and Steve took care of me. He was very apologetic for the delay, and is ensuring my products get in the mail ASAP. Mistakes happen, but owning and addressing the mistake promptly makes things much better!

I just recently purchased a ZEB Charger 3.1 Damper Upgrade from for my ZEB ULTIMATE from Modern Bike. Steve, was really helpful and the price was so great. As I’m not necessarily a big fan of big box companies it was great to be able to help a small business even though I’m five states away there was no problem waiting.
