Every time I’ve gone into this location, the atmosphere has felt off. The staff constantly trail behind you, pretending to fix shelves that don’t need fixing, and it makes it impossible to shop comfortably. Instead of feeling helped, you just feel watched the entire time. Definitely not a welcoming experience.
Would not recommend this location! Both employees were extremely rude when I walked in and told me I needed to make an account before shopping, but as someone who works at a beauty supply I know that's not the case. Both employees were just extremely snobby with me. Will not be going back
