I buy a lot of stuff here and this one time I bought dry shampoo that was literally not spraying and I wanted a straight exchange and it was FULL, no refund, not different product, just an exchange. They are so so unhelpful, literally do not recommend this store!!!! I should have known to not even argue with a fool, but after working in customer service for many years, I thought I would try! Yesterday I visited the store and I would love to commend Daniela for her excellent service she provided. She was very knowledgeable and has such a great personality and went over and beyond to be so accomodating and helpful. I left the store feeling well cared for and this is what hiring great people will do for your business. Modern Beauty will always be my go to place for my supplies and Daniela will be my go to girl for product Knowledge and Expertise! Well done!
So when I came in, the lady at the counter asked if I was a member. I said, “No, not yet, it’s my first time visiting.” She then told me only licensed professionals are allowed in. I asked if I could show a digital copy of my certificate and she flatly said no. Her tone was rude, and the way she looked me up and down was completely unprofessional.
