Such a positive experience at Modern Beauty! The team there is fantastic. The girls : Stephanie, Julie, Angelene, and Rebecca are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable all the time ! They always help me pick out the right products and give me really helpful advice. I never feel pressured to buy anything, which I really appreciate. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great products and even better service!

Really disappointed in this location. I’ve had many racist encounters in store with your employees. Everytime I visit they’ve made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed just because I’m not white. If I have any questions I always get dismissed meanwhile I spend $800 at your store to buy supplies for my salon. The other Modern beauty location is so much nicer and welcoming. I have stopped shopping here but one word of advice you need new employees!
