I’m really impressed by Diana’s customer service! She’s always so helpful, friendly, and responsible! everyone loves her. The whole team at Modern Beauty is also super nice, and I’ve had such a great experience with this branch!
Bad customer service. Low quality products that does not work. Poor knowledge of the stuff they carry.
Poor customer service and its getting worse. The staff didn't even look at customer coming in or greeting them and was wearing earphones the entire time. They were unhelpful and refused to check stock on the computer when I asked. Asked me to check and order it myself online. it was a very disappointing experience.
