Bad service from people who aren't even in the industry.
Bought a faulty shaver that does not work and they initially told me they would accept an exchange but that the manager was on vacation for a month and to come back later. After the manager got back I was told the exchange window is closed and they refuse to return or exchange a product that simply does not work and is a risk to customers. If you must buy anything from them go to another location cause the people here are not helpful and disorganized in their policies.
