Probably the worst experience I’ve ever faced in beauty store in my life. Coming in today , I usually buy from Abbotsford store so I’m pretty familiar with product and what to get. I came in with a friend to show her around as she’s doing her nail course with me. ( and btw I’m modern beauty member) we were poorly greeted almost as if we weren’t suppose to be there. I asked about CS20 as the Abbotsford location does sell the wipes and dilution ( RTU ready to use) she rudely says no we don’t carry that and never have. I then s... read more
had a lady come rushing out to the parking lot as i was about to walk into the store threatening to call a tow truck on me for parking in their space. if you go, don’t park in the “modern beauty customers only” section otherwise you’ll be scolded
Alison and the staff of Modern Beauty are gems!! Their customer service is second to none and the store is bright and impeccably clean! Thank you Alison for your kind help during my trip to beautiful Chilliwack!!
Saturday, March 14th 1:30pm.. it was closed!! Why?? So disappointed!! I only have Saturdays to shop! I'm not sure I'll try again!!
Best beauty supplier in town by far. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. Always a great experience!!!
