Im super disapoited been using there produte for my business more than 15 yrs - since they change the owner - not allow buy in person at show room - last week im just ordered to get ready for big wedding party make up this week -for 20 peoples foundation color turn too dark then im expected - called them like to exchange 1- tupe of each ( we order 3 of each color ) they said no exchange - shipment arrival last friday - wed day we call - cant exchange And minimum order have to be $150 So that mean we have to order $150 again ... read more
Very disappointed. I've used Modern for 14 years. I've referred businesses to them and they no longer value anyone that's not a big business buying multiples of the same color. I asked very simple questions via email about the minimum quantity and recieved a very condescending response. Disappointed in the customer service via email and that they only value big businesses. Looking for a new wholesaler.
went in the store and got horrible customer service. I felt discriminated against. staff were rude and ignorant.
The products and service here are so amazing! I highly recommend!
