Called last night around 430pm spoke with the owner had a 4pm appt for estimate even left work early no call no show for reason no bother with these guys moments of my life were wasted
Cant believe this company is still in business . Called ~ 2 weeks ago ..Spoke to Dave regarding removing and re installing an awning that they installed 5 or 6 years ago . He said that he would call me later that week and that they would be out "Thursday or Friday " No show and no call.. I have called and left messages 4 times now.. Crickets . Shame since we were also considering the purchase and installation of an additional unit ... This is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered ...

Dave installed 2 awnings for my apartment building over 14 years ago and they still look great!! I am having him make another for my home and am confident it will look as great and hold up as well!!! Thanks Dave (Modern Awning). Fantastic customer service
