This review is mainly for the manager of Modern aviation. The two working the desk were great. They helped me get set up and assisted me with need. I was able to request the crew car and was going to leave and returned to fill my water when the manager saw me and asked if I was with a specific flight school and I said yes but not from that location. He advised that he could not provide the crew car to me and thus I had to return the keys. It was unprofessional given that I was already given the keys and signed the agreement.... read more

Quick turn turned into a hour+ long ordeal when the staff attempted multiple times to charge my small single (DA40) a $200 facility fee and needed 75 gallons of fuel to waive it. My airplane has a max capacity of 50 gallons. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible FBO. I had to call over 10 times to put in my fuel order, had a logistics question, and still haven't been able to reach someone. They don't answer the phone. I also had to keep asking to get our coffee pot, ice and papers. Finally, after I told them my passengers were almost there did they respond.
