Modern Aviation were terrific, responsive, courteous, and very focused on customer success in airplane management. The facilities were great and your team at the front desk was second to none even going so far as helping me also find a lost document. Going the going the extra mile as a sign of a terrific organization. Call out to Jocelyn, Sheri and Megan, in fact all of you we’re just fantastic.
Shannon and Jojo really made my day. Headset ran outta batteries and they gave me two pairs, awesome flight crew support. Love the “Mexican” cokes and soft drinks and snacks here too, beautiful facility, great prices and fantastic service. Thanks Jojo and Shannon!
