All the staff here are amazing
Had the pleasure of spending about 4 hours at this beautiful facility. Just as the name suggests, it’s modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with individual privacy cubicles for resting. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, so it was a bit warm inside. I would also recommend changing the placard from “Pilot Lounge” to “Crew Lounge.” Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning and enjoying your warm hospitality again!
Very Courteously greeted via the intercom, didn't enter the main building but operational people in interacted with were very Peofessional and nice.
Sydney! What an incredible level of customer service and energy. I wish every FBO had a Sydney. Modern facility, clean and great line guys as well.
