Judy was initially helpful when I contacted her about the delay in receiving my car’s plates and tags. However, after our first conversation, she stopped responding. I called three more times, left two voicemails, and never received a follow-up. Ultimately, I had to reach out to the DMV myself to resolve the issue. Super friendly, very helpful.
Tried reaching out and left a voicemail about a legal matter. Asked them to return my call roughly two weeks ago for a “hopeful”conversation. They didn’t. Now it’s time for small claims. Hopefully my situation will allow others to come forward as well. Sneaky and dishonest business tactics is what I’m left to only believe at this point. Very sad given we bought three vehicles from them.
