One of the things I like about my old 2009 Taurus is the cold A/C. But recently it has had a mind of its own, and for no apparent reason the compressor would stop running and hot air flowed from the vents. But then whenever I took it to Modern, it started working again, so they could not find the problem. Finally this week it stopped working for a whole day, and I delivered the car to Modern, where they soon traced the problem to a failed connector. Thanks for your patience, Modern Automotive.
I highly recommend Modern Automotive on Cambria Street in Christiansburg. I took my car there yesterday for an inspection and oil change. They were kind, helpful, professional and honest. They worked me in at the last minute, gave me a free shuttle ride somewhere, and filled the air in my tires without me asking. I am very grateful for service like that! Thanks guys!!
Really great service and kind staff! They are always fast and quick to answer, plus their waiting room provides wifi and free coffee and drinks! I always love supporting family businesses

I am extremely happy with my experience with this shop, Very Honest, very knowledgeable and for those of us who have had bad experiences trusting shops with our german cars , DONT HESITATE to give these people a chance, they know what they are doing!!
