Took our Range Rover in for some body work. The body work repair was great but their customer service is appalling. The repair took almost a month even though we were told 2 weeks. When I was told I could pick it up I called the day before to confirm my arrival and asked if It needed to be a specific time. I was told no and my vehicle would be ready for me to pick up at anytime. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it simply was NOT ready !
