Our Speed Queen washer stopped working so we called Modern appliance. The first tech came out and said he thought it was a door lock and had to order one. Three days later we still hadn't heard from them, so I called and had to leave a message. They did get back next day saying our part was in, but couldn't get out to our house for another 5 days. One of there technicians, Ben come out to replace a washer gasket under warranty, and he was a super nice guy. Very punctual on time, respectful, knowledgeable and informative. The receptionist Andrea also took great care of me from step one as well. Great customer service! Thanks!
This is the second service call that Modern Appliance has responded to and I am vert pleased. On the first visit he repaired the ice maker on my Frigidaire Refrigerator and it has been working wonderfully for months now. This visit he repaired the self-cleaning feature on my double oven. Thank you!
Modern Appliance attempted to repair our dryer for three months. After many attempts to fix and replace all the parts. They stopped calling and never fixed the problem at all. The dryer was an LG and they are an approved technician for repairs on LG products.
On January 16, 2017 our 15 month old LG front load washer (model WM3570HVA) began to vibrate loudly during the spin cycle. LG's website offered a flat rate repair option and premium protection plan, which we purchased. We were contacted on January 18, 2017 by MODERN APPLIANCE to schedule a diagnostic check for January 20th. The diagnosis was made and the repair was scheduled for January 25th.
