Our Speed Queen washer stopped working so we called Modern appliance. The first tech came out and said he thought it was a door lock and had to order one. Three days later we still hadn't heard from them, so I called and had to leave a message. They did get back next day saying our part was in, but couldn't get out to our house for another 5 days.
