I would never trust Modern Animal with my dog again. Earlier this week, my dog had a lump removed from his tail here. Four days later, he became violently ill and was vomiting repeatedly, so I brought him back. The vet gave him an injection and told me he shouldn’t vomit for 24 hours and to take him home and monitor him. He started vomiting again. Avoid Dr Odeliah Bouganim at all costs. When coming in to discuss end of life care for my pet, she was mean, dismissive and pushing her personal beliefs on me (not thinking of what’s best for the pet or what test results indicated). She very much gives the vibe of being in this industry for the money, not because she loves animals.
