I had a great experience at Modern Animal. The staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about my dog. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. This clinic is virtually impossible to get in contact with. I have been trying to get an appointment for the last 2 days, and they make you download an ap, which doesn't work. I try calling, and it leads me to an endless phone tree. They call you back 3 hours later. Now all the appointment times are taken. Why can't you list a number to get an actual person? Not worth the headache.

I brought my new foster dog in for a checkup and vaccinations, and I could not have been more impressed with the facility and the vet! I loved how patient they were with Trixie and how they really took time to make sure she was comfortable. Four paws up!
