I followed MA from their first Beverly location, to Manhattan Beach after we moved. When we discovered the LB location opened, I was delighted because it is so much closer. They have taken great care of my cats. The app is super convenient and helpful. The clinics are immaculately clean and modern. The medical team knowledgeable and kind.
Everyone is very nice and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable! They are also very patient with my dog that barks constantly! Communication with them is easy on the App when I have a question or concern, there’s usually a good response time. I actually really like there App, it’s so “Modern” and convenient and easy to navigate.Also, LOVE the location!
If more clinics followed Modern Animal’s lead, the entire veterinary experience would be transformed.
