In the aftermath of a blizzard, our rooftop heating unit went out. Modern Air took the call for help and was there to investigate and fix promptly at 8 am the very next day. Climbing to the rooftop, clearing snow, identifying and fixing the issue was no problem at all, and all the work was done with a smile. Hands down recommend 100%.
