I physically did not enjoy this experience and could not get a refund for all unused visits. It actually hurt and I feel do to my medical problems/health I should have received a refund for all unused visits. This place has a terrible cancellation policy and bad business practices.

******* ******* first visited Modern Acupuncture on 3/3/20. At that visit she had an acupuncture treatment and signed a membership form. It states that she would pay $69 per month which allows her 2 acupuncture treatments per month. The contract further states that there is a 30-day cancellation policy and there are no refunds.
