Someone driving a company truck belonging to Modern Piping physically obstructed my girlfriend and child from leaving the boat ramp at Captain Roy’s in Des Moines. When I indicated that he needed to pull forward so the truck on the ramp could leave, he opened his door and began screaming expletives and threats of physical violence, citing that he’s sick of kayaks acting like they have the right of way.
