Predatory and deceitful business practices. They actively tried to steal application fees by providing false rejection reasons. When those "reasons" are addressed they demand more in application fees to ultimately reject and application in an attempt to steal your fees. On top of this the staff is slow, incompetent, and belligerent. They clearly have ageist and scam like applicant screening policies.
My experience at Modera Mosaic has exceeded my expectations. The staff here has been beyond accommodating and attentive! The amenities are incredible and always.extremely clean. I absolutely love my apartment and the location. I would highly recommend Modera Mosaic!
RecommendedI love living at Modera Mosaic so far! The apartment is so nice, the floors are beautiful, so much cabinet space, and the layout works great for us. Overall the noise hasn't been bad at all and I can barely hear my neighbors, just the occasional thump but that's to be expected. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and I'm excited to continue living here. Would totally recommend to anyone!
Remove Hilda or re-train in customer service. Very bad experience. Would not recommend because of it. Ms. Hilda should not take out her problems on others just because of a bad day. Thank you.

Gorgeous apartments by some great shopping! Love the windows and finishes.
