Been living here for a little over a week now and it’s been good. As good as an apartment can be. There’s always going to be noise from other people above us and in hallways at late hours. The gym is very nice I just wish kids weren’t always in there thinking it’s a jungle gym, and their parents letting them. The mail room is kind of a mess, and the pet spa was very gross when we used it (pet hair everywhere) and looked like it was never cleaned. I’ve been renting at Modera Montville for a little over a year and it’s been a great experience overall. The location is convenient, the building is well-maintained, and my unit has been comfortable. Modera has generally been responsive to maintenance requests and communicates clearly when there are building updates.

New Property, thick walls great residents. Staff is friendly and extremely attentive. Tons of amenities. James was super attentive when we first moved in. Caitlin and Chloe have since taken over and have been just as good.
Giving this review as feedback from a tour taken and how unhelpful the leasing office was. We took a tour a month or so ago and Chloe did not show us the complex in its entirety leaving out most of the areas. She also watched a woman let her dog go to the bathroom in the hallway and didn’t say a word. I can only imagine how many times this happens and nothing is done about it.
