Been living here for a little over a week now and it’s been good. As good as an apartment can be. There’s always going to be noise from other people above us and in hallways at late hours. The gym is very nice I just wish kids weren’t always in there thinking it’s a jungle gym, and their parents letting them. The mail room is kind of a mess, and the pet spa was very gross when we used it (pet hair everywhere) and looked like it was never cleaned. Modera was nice when I first moved in however it has went downhill pretty quick. Trash and dog poo around the building from people not cleaning up, neighbors are so loud it keeps you up at night and nothing management does about it, the parking is horrible too many vehicles and not enough spaces and no assigned parking spots. Hallways and elevators are not well kept and I plan to move when my lease is up. Management needs to do their job to ensure the quality of living matches the cost. I am beyond happy with the maintenance team, and I can't say enough great things about Christian. No matter the issue—whether it’s plumbing, electrical, or general repairs—he always tackles the job with skill and a great attitude. What really sets Christian apart is his willingness to go the extra mile. He doesn’t just fix things; he makes sure everything is done right and even takes the time to offer helpful advice. He is a true asset, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service he provides!
I have now resided at Modera for six moths. The building was a less than 50% capacity when I moved in and it was great. Nice and quiet. Recently it seems that most of the units have been leased which makes for much tighter parking garage spaces, more obvious debris around the perimeter such as cigarette butts and residents not cleaning up after their dogs.
