Based on my experience living here for over a year, this "luxury" apartment has not met expectations: 1. The fire alarm goes off often, mostly due to monitor or part issues. It is horrible when it rings in early morning. Last Friday around 8 pm, it rang again, but management did not explain why. 2. Here’s my honest review from someone who just moved out of Modera Montville following an 18-month lease. First, rules are not enforced by any means. Next, management has zero accountability. Apartment Space Unfortunately, you can hear everything around you from all sides (and above). If you are in the courtyard, you will certainly hear everything as if someone is talking into your ear.
