Currently writing this review while the fire alarm is ringing for what feels like the 20th time this month. i have a newborn and a one year old and the fire alarms are constantly ringing at outrageous hours of the night. the noise is so loud it hurts your ears and the lights start flashing like i’m in a horror movie it scares my kids just having to walk outside. i love this complex, everything about it is beautiful and clean , staff are awesome but the fire alarms really need to be checked out :|
Chloe the leasing agent has been super helpful with me and family with this process. We are currently in the screening process but Chloe has been excellent with help us through the application process, touring and been very patient with us. Looking forward to move in soon
As other reviews mention, lots of disruptive fire alarms. I'm going to start recording them (starting Nov 2025, although there have definitely been plenty, at least 6, in the last 6 months). Today we oficially moved out of Modera after being here for 18 months. Overall our time here was great, we were maybe one of the few first people here. The maintenance team is fantastic, Johnathan is great. The apartment itself is nice, we were on the 2nd floor above the parking garage and never heard cars or our neighbors except upstairs neighbor.
