Did not open on time for first having the first appointment slot. Customer service was terrible, no conversation. Over priced and didn't realize I spoke French. Needs to be more accommodating to locals.

I was told that the price for small bob knotless boho braids would be 320$. Did not have the hair for the curls so I switched to medium regular length knotless which I was still charged 300$ for. The braider french braided the roots of my hair down so I was unable to style, hair was tangled throughout parting of braids into other braids cause me to have sores in my scalp resulting in tiny balding throughout scalp after taking down of only having the style for two weeks. I am very dissatisfied with the service at the salon The owner was the one doing my hair. She was worried about her Internet service and making phone calls rather than paying attention to my hair she put way too much gel in it. Leaving it, very knotted because the gel And she messed up me and my cousins hair. She’s halfway bald. and she had her braids falling out and the gel they used killed our hair.

Anna was an absolute master at her craft!! I have alopecia and she did a great job. Fast, great service and very personable! If you want your hair braided, this is the place to go. She has 2 locations servicing both the east and west side of Cleveland.
