Small town shop with a big heart. Oromocto and surrounding area have a few auto shops but my business belongs to Model Town Auto thanks to their excellent service, good conversation and because Brian is a gem.
Forced my wife to buy their oil and filter instead of using the oil and filter in the back seat. After breaking studs on tires they gave my wife her car back and claimed they would fix them for free if she got the list of work done at there shop totalling 1200 estimated. One strut and rear rotors and brake pads for 1200 quoted. Absolute criminals. I really appreciate the quality auto work and amazing customer service I received at Model Town Auto. Brian at the front is always friendly and efficient, and they have kept my older car running strong. Highly recommend!
Probably the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. The service manager is very easily to deal with and a very pleasant person. Very friendly and informative during the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for a positive experience. The shop is very reputable and is passionate about ensuring that the customer is taken care of. Extremely trustworthy as well. If you are having any car problems whatsoever I recommend Model Town Auto.
