Worked here for about a month, had to leave due to a car accident about a year ago. But my time here was amazing, the Management and shift leaders are very friendly. Stay strong MSP.
Very dirty environment. Oil all over the floor, and leaking machines. Training is very in depth for such low pay. They expect new hires to learn quite a lot and their expectations are high yet they pay such low wages. On top of that, they "strongly encourage" you to buy your own tools even though your pay isn't enough to pay rent.
Great place to work! The management cares about each employee. You have opportunities to learn and grow.
