Very polite when you can get them to answer, but now over 15 texts and phone calls and they won’t call back on warranty repair. Initially the asphalt looked good but we had immediate issues with the cement and they never resolved them, no matter how many times they promised. Now the line that we’ve been texting to has been disconnected. Our Asphalt is now failing after 18 months. This was an expensive project to have it last less than two years.
Do not hire this company. Had our driveway repaved and it flooded as soon as it rained. They don't stand behind their work. Have strung us on for over a year saying they will fix it and never show when they say they will.
Good experience with Model Paving of Easton, Chris did exactly as he said he would, nice clean job.
Took my money dug up my driveway and never came back
