I can't go on enough about Model Home Furnishings - Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection is great, and honestly, their prices are even better... I see some of the same kind of pieces in other stores for sometimes hundreds more than what I see at Model Home. I actually can't wait to need something else for my house, so I can go back and shop again!

My husband and I ordered two chairs and a table for our den. They were very helpful at the store when we ordered the furniture. However, the table came damaged and that is where the helpful service stopped. We have made five attempts to contact someone about replacing the table. One person told me to email or text Ronnie. One person said they couldn't help me and we have yet to hear back from Ronnie. I have always been a fan of their store, but I am more than disappointed in their customer service after the sale.

I just want people to be forewarned. The service at this store was not acceptable. It turned out that the products I ordered were on back-order. However, I was not told that until a month after I purchased them. What should have taken 10-14 days ended up being 2 months. Also, if I wanted to talk to someone I would have to call over and over. My calls were not returned, so I would try multiple times over a few days until someone answered. Two times I had to return to the store to finally speak to someone. To add insult to inj... read more
