Purchased a bedroom set that was damaged and defective. They made repairs and refunded some of the cost. I then purchased a computer desk. This also had defects that can not be repaired. They took the chair back for repair and I have waited over a month for it's return. Model Home Furnishing sells low quality merchandise. Their customer service is poor.
Awful customer service after the sale. We had a damaged table in the box. They would not return e-mails, texts, or phone calls. We attempted to contact them six different times with no response. BUYER BEWARE!
