I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I brought in my comforter for cleaning, and not only did it come back late, but it also looked worse than when I dropped it off. There were still visible stains, and it had a strange smell — as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Beware that they do not listen to your requests. I asked for a very nice, high end shirt to be dry cleaned only. Instead, they put it into the computer wrong and laundered it. Color faded. This place is fine with other typical shirts like oxfords, but I would not bring anything speciality, as they tend to do whatever they want with it. They also ironed a new crease in pants that did not come in with them. They were apologetic, but also did not discount or do anything for their mistake. 🤦‍♂️
