I can see why its all one star. I am unable to get a reference for a potential tenant as I am not a licenced entity??? So these poor tenants are stuck with real estate agents for ever?.. Would never use them. What about my privacy? Email and name on this? Def would never use them now,,quoting privacy then putting that up. Am looking into this.
A street full of derelict. Very loud and that's not including the train sounds. Do not buy or rent
The worst building management you could come across. They don’t reply to emails, the car park is covered in pigeons and therefore all the cars and the car park are covered in pigeon poo (super hygienic), they let cars park in the driveway blocking in whoever is in visitor parking, there’s always something not working eg. hot water, the elevator, nbn etc. and they always take excessive amounts of time to be fixed with no communication from management most of the time.
