Took Maddy's class Saturday morning! What a gorgeous personality but also a Pilates power house. Will definitely be back
Had my first Pilates Reformer Strength class with Jules B at Brookvale this morning and coming back to a Pilates after injuries and having been at another gym for a few months where I wasn’t feeling anything, this class was amazing. I felt in safe hands with Jules as she is trained in rehabilitation. My perimenopausal body needs the strength and care. I wasn’t made to feel too old or not fit enough. Loved this mat Pilates class! I’d never tried mat before (I usually stick to reformer), but it was such a good workout. Really challenged me in a different way and I felt it hard. The instructor was great and made it easy to follow along. Definitely keen to come back! Also love the Collaroy studio sooooo much <3
I had a great first class here. The space feels like you’re on holiday with such beautiful reformer machines. Maddie was great at guiding through the basics of reformer, I will be back!
Came in for the open day at Mode Pilates and had a great time! The calming guided introduction and cool down as well as the workout were through and well thought out. Great balance of challenging workout and relaxing start to the day, setting great intentions for the day ahead. I’ll definitely be back!
