I got Vehicle Replacement Cost Insurance. My broker didn’t explain that this was a 3 year payment plan with 10.95% interest. I was told it was monthly. The amount of coverage you get is nearly equal the total amount you pay. Do NOT get this insurance. I’m beyond upset having to pay into this useless insurance. They really do not explain cancellation policy at all.
Having replacement insurance is one of the best things you can have. Mode was so helpful and Taylor was so amazing. Beyond supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was to understand, clear and extremely responsive. Will always use them for any and all future new car purchases
Nothing but thieves!!! Policy canceled, payment taken told by agent it will be refunded but after 2 weeks call in to check and informed nope they're not refunding the payment. Paid for insurance for nothing. Don't trust these crooks!!! In response, I went to the agent who processed the cancelation and they confirmed that my cancelation was done within your guidelines and there is no reason for you to keep a measly 70 dollar refund from a disabled person who was counting on it for food.
