We purchased a total loss policy for our new vehicle in 2022, and we were in an accident in 2026 (not at fault), the vehicle was considered a total loss by ICBC. We're so glad we had the policy with Mode Insurance, it has been an easy process to work with them, and they are very responsive. The advisor that helped us was extremely helpful!
Great experience with this company! They processed the remaining amount after my ICBC settlement very quickly. Total loss team did a very good job and the price was also reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome!! Taylor at mode insurance literally replied to my email/ calls in only a few minutes and honoured everything that was mentioned in the contract. Only a few hiccups that I had were when I bought the car from dealership, third party sold me the policy, they had overpromised a lot! Including the things that were not at all mentioned in the contract were promised. I would say, whenever you buy the policy, just double check with mode insurance. Overall, definitely recommended!!
I had a great experience with Taylor from the Total Loss department. She was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Taylor took the time to explain everything clearly and was always willing to help whenever I had questions. I really appreciate her patience and excellent customer service.
