Mode have a contact form and direct email address on their website but when you use them to request policy cancellation they say they are "unable" to cancel policies over email. I did receive a follow-up email response with a phone number though to call if I wished to cancel. I called which connected me directly to a knowledgeable agent who could action the cancellation. Overall the interaction was positive, it was just the first email response that was just not helpful, hence only 4/5.

Easily THE BEST insurance company I have ever dealt with. ZERO HASSLES. FAST ACTION. Shout out to Mel in the Abbotsford office who helped me with this claim. I have also dealt in the past with Travis who was equally as excellent. Both were extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
Purchased extra coverage for my brand new SUV in 2024, 5 year coverage. In year 2 a rock hit my windshield and it's not repairable, replacement required. Mode is taking care of this by replacing with OEM parts and deductible reimbursement. Total cost for replacement is near 3k, so definitely happy that I made the choice to buy the extra coverage through Mode. The claim was hassle free, extremely quick responses and zero headache.
