Great service. We called modern heating and cooling service and nathan did the service of AC and he has done a incredibly good job in very efficient time.
After getting quotes from 4 different places we decided to go with "Mode H&C". The Sales person who came out was technical and did a thorough inspection of the roof to ensure everything would fit and that the job could be done. In contrast, the other 3 companies didn't bother doing any checking. Dealing with the office was was good too. Their installation team were very professional and turned up on time. Mode heating and cooling upgraded our old gas ducted heater after it failed . We decided to spend a little more and went with SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF BRIVIS BX520. We got 3 quotes and Mode were nearly 10% cheaper than the 2 other quotes which was a pleasant surprise . Robert is very knowledgeable and informative on the phone. The unit was updated no fuss at all a couple of days later and works fantastically . Highly recommend Mode Heating & Cooling .
